You can manage your subscription anytime by logging into your account. From there, you’ll be able to skip orders, change delivery timing, swap products, update your information, or cancel if needed.
Log in to your account
On Humm.com, click the account icon on the right-hand side of the heading, next to the shopping cart icon.

Log into your Humm account using the email address associated with your subscription.
Please Note: If you don't see any subscriptions, please double-check that you're logged into the correct account. Search your email for the subject, "Your subscription has been activated!", to verify the email address used.
Manage your subcsription
In your account, click Subscriptions in the navigation bar to review all active subscriptions. Within this menu, you can:
Update your Subscription: Click EDIT OPTIONS to swap products, adjust quantities, or change your shipping frequency.
Change your schedule: Click RESCHEDULE to pick a specific date for your next shipment.
Cancel a subscription: Click EDIT OPTIONS then Cancel this subscription.
Manage upcoming orders
If you only want to change your next delivery without affecting your long-term settings, click Orders in the navigation bar.
Select VIEW AND MANAGE ORDER to:
Skip or reschedule the specific upcoming delivery.
Add one-time items or discount codes.

Update the shipping address or payment method for that order.
Please Note: Any changes must be made before 11:59 PM PST the day before it is scheduled to process.
