Most Humm flavors have a shelf life of 9 months from the date they were canned or bottled. You can find your specific "Best By" date printed on the bottom of cans, the lid of glass bottles, or the side of aluminum bottles. We don't recommend consuming products past their best by date.

| Original, Whole30, Nitro, Probiome | Keep Refrigerated. These are live-fermented and must stay cold to maintain their flavor profile. |
| Zero Sugar | Pantry or Fridge. These are fully shelf-stable and can be stored at room temperature. |
